Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, via Paypal.

A 9.25% sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped within Illinois.

Delivery

As all pieces are cut by hand and sewn to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment.

Because we make limited quantities of each piece, we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock. If you are interested in a custom order, please contact us.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and will be glad to help make that the case. Please advise by email at contact[ at sign ]anna-brown.com within 7 days of delivery to authorize a return or exchange. All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be in the original, unworn and unwashed condition, with original tags attached. All returns must be made by a courier with tracking services (USPS, UPS or FedEx). We are not responsible for items during return shipment. Sale items are final sale. Custom garments may not be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping costs

For orders within the United States, shipping is free for all orders of $200 or more. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $12 shipping applies. A confirmation email will include shipping and package tracking information. In the event of a failed delivery, any returned package will incur new shipping charges on all orders.
